I was born 1960 in Germany; I’m married to a geologist and have one daughter.

I studied at the Universities Goettingen (PH) and Aachen (RWTH) and have attended art workshops in several countries.

After working many years as a Primary school teacher, I taught Art at International and German schools and have given various workshops for adults and children in Germany, Norway and Oman.

In the past few years I participated in exhibitions in these countries, especially in Oman at the Omani Society for Fine Art (May 2006), in PDO, Bait Zubair (Art for Atta), the German Ambassador residence (March 2007, March 2008) and in Sohar (December 2006).

My paintings are mostly in private collections all over the world, in Galleries in Oman (Bait Muzna Gallery, Madina Art Gallery) and in the Al Qabas Clinic in Muscat.
